Daily’s Fit and Fresh Restaurant

Daily’s Fit and Fresh Restaurant emphasizes fresh and healthy foods cooked over a rotisserie, served in “fast-food” restaurant style. A prototype design was developed that could easily be either realized as a freestanding building, or contained within an existing storefront or a leased mall space.
The interior is designed to reflect the uniqueness of the restaurant and create a comfortable environment in which to enjoy a quick meal. The design moves patrons along a series of “buildings,” or ordering points, to the checkout zone before finding a table at which to sit.
Colors and materials were chosen that are warm and subdued and that also would stand up to the demands of vigorous daily cleaning.
